My boyfriend is doubting his feelings and is constantly questioning himself if what he is feeling is real we are great together other than this and both want to sort this and be happy. We have been together 6 months

As far as what to do, I would suggest not over analizing it, and just giving things time to sort themselves out.

Yes patience isn't a strong point with me he tells me he wants to be with me but he can't stop thinking these thoughts

How old are you? What are the reasons for his doubts?

If he's not happy, why is he still sticking around?

He is happy he says he is just not happy in his head as he questions everything he is feeling towards me as in is it real or not. I'm 25

Just let him deal with his own thoughts, don't stress about something you cannot have any control over. Only he can deal with himself.

I know its just driving me insane not knowing I have never been or fellt like this about anyone the way I feel about him. Thanks for your help

No problem.
Just relax and let those sort of things work themselves out. I know how confusing relationships can be, but one thing I've learned is that getting stressed over things like that can only make things worse.

Just let the relationship move along slowly. Just don't pressure him, as that will only add stress and make things worse.

Either he is insecure, or you are pushy. Which is it? What do you expect after only 6 months. Do you call him a lot or expect to see him more or what? Hard to say without more info as to how you act together.
