How do I copy all items once and then paste them once, without downloading anything?
I want the system that memorizes the highlighted items from different paragraphs or sites, so I just click paste it everything is pasted. Do I hold "Ctrl", or "Alt" or something else... to keep them highlighted things highlighted. Dowloading Clipboard Manager is out of the question.

If you have one thing highlighted already and your skimming a document and want to highlight another paragraph without wiping out the first highlight you would hold down (ctrl) as you scroll over the text to create an additional highlight. The when done right clock on the highlighted portion and click "copy". That should capture everything at one time. But if your spanning multiple windows it would be best to open notepad and copy/paste as you go on through. Otherwise your only going to be dealing with one "active" window at a time.

It could but it may take a lot more set up. Your just better off using one window at a time. And the notepad method. Is there a problem with using the active window only?

Yes, I want to make a (one page or two) printout of different organizations policies, contact us info, etc. so people who don't use computers can read it.
