I just saw a CNN news article in the Finance section talking Home Based Businesses - in particular one called "The Home Income Profit System."
They want you to give a credit card number for shipping and handling in order to receive a "kit." I don't know about this. Is this one for real?
Does anyone know of a true Home Income Business out there that is real and how to recognized the one that isn't?

Just because it was on CNN doesn't mean it is legit, after all it could be a simple paid advert.
ANY "system" that requires and up front payment should be avoided until you have done SERIOUS research and normally completely.

These are frequently directions on how to spam sell the system to other gullible people, after all a Get rich Quick system always sounds better than the reality of Slog Your Guts Out For Little Return.

As the adage goes, If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

Yes there are home based businesses out there, but you'll need to work at them to make them a success.
