I tried to send an email through Kodak and did not get a response. I can't find any record of the email in Kodak. It was supposed to send me a copy and it did not.

What email did yo use to send, check your outbox, it still might be there and if in outbox, it might not have been sent but waiting to be sent

So check your outbox and sent box to see if your email is in one of them, if in sent box, then you would have sent it and not heard anything back yet
