I'm trying to remember a movie title. It came out when we were like 5. this girls mom dies in a car accident just after dropping her off at school. Then the mom sends an angel to follow the girl around. The actress who plays the angel has curly blonde hair and that stupid squeaky voice. Don't know her name... its driving me crazy. It came out around 1992/1993
