    I bought a tosshbia laptop in JULY and I can not get it to go on line

    Have you tried contacting toshiba about the problem?

    What type of Internet connection do you have? IE: Dial-up, cable, DSL, etc? Are you using a router? Is it wireless or wired? Have you verified that your modem has a connection?

    If your using wireless you have to tell it which one to use. Be sure and select the network of choice.
