Belt sqeals as if clutch is stuck. After engine is revved sqeal stops and A/c works properly.
Belt is tight.

The AC Pump or clutch may be starting to fail. You can also check for any bent pulleys.

The belt may simply need replacing.

I was afarid of that. Thank for reiforcing my thoughts. Belt did fray once and was replaced.
