    Kitchen sink spurts
    Hi,
My kitchen sink spurts air before water actually flows out of the faucet. Both hot and cold water do this when turned on, roughly 1-2 seconds. What is the most likely cause of this and why? What are some possible resolutions?

    Thanks.

I'll bet if you take apart the aerator at the end of your spout you will find a small disc with one small hole in the center or a small round washer with holes around the edge. This is a "water saver" and is usually the cause of this problem. If you remove it and reassemble your aerator (correctly) your pulsing should go away
Give it a try and let us know. Tom
