Can't find fuse box on 2004 ironhourse chopper wish I could find a wireing diagram any ideas

I would follow wiring from Battery Positive. If you only have 1 large wire on positive, then maybe follow from Starter Solenoid.
I may have a diagram, will have to get back on that.

You don't have "fuses" you have circuit breakers, and they probably are not all in one location

Offhand, no, but they shouldn't be to hard to find. Try looking under the seat,and/or attached to front of the rear fender or fender extension.If I knew why you were looking for them,or what the problem was I might be able to help more.
