I plead guilty to both charges and the county transported me to county jail. I have a violation hearing coming up. Will the judge make me serve the two year on the shelf for a felony conviction and more time for the new charges?

Hello harold:

You may have to do time on the new charges. They're obviously not your first offense. After you're done with that, you'll have to deal with the probation violation. You'll probably have to do some time on that, but not the entire two years.

All that is just a guess.

Really up to the judge, did your attorney have a plea deal for you before you plead guilty?

It can go too many ways to be sure, but most likely jail time for both, but not the full 2 years
