OK, if mother has a pre-tax of $250.00 and receives $360.00 reimbersment checks from her company and has told the courts that she pays $655.00 ( and my half is $328.00 as well as $469.00 c/s) but the child is not in child care. Mother says that grandma is the day care. I found out that grandma is not claiming it on taxes. What can I do as a over paying father?

Easy. You ask for reciepts. Also if she is being reimbersed for her daycare costs then those funds should be recorded as income against her when figuring child support.
