This is a movie I saw recently and I can't remember the title, actor, or actress. I've tried using IMDB, but came up with no results. The scene in question involves a woman having her husband committed for supposed assault, but he is innocent. At the end, the woman visits him at the hospital and goes out for a walk with him, the guard assigned to watch them gets distracted by another inmate and he strangles her to death.
