I am international student. I filed my 1040NR-EZ form at April 15, 2010. My husband (Green card holder) also put me in his 1040 as a wife, and filed as "married filed jointly". He sant his papers after April 15, so they are still in the waiting status, I think. Now, how we can cancel my 1040NR-EZ form? We made a mistake. What we need to do to fix this mistake?

One or the other tax return will be rejected by the IRS. You need to wait until that happens, then adjust accordingly.

You CAN file jointly if you wish as the non-resident alien spouse of a green-card resident who CHOOSES to be treated as a resident alien. That is probably the best way for you both to file tax-wise.
