Pain in right side and back very sore when I am in bed and pain is so bad it takes my breath away

There's so many things that can cause pain that its really important to go in and see your dr. if the pain is so severe that you are having difficulty breathing, going straight to the emergency room or calling 911 is probably a better idea than waiting to see your dr.

If anything you are most likely ovulating. I get the same pains every month and my gyno told me that I was just ovulating. It can be awfully painful but it really should only last a few days or a week at the most. Any longer I would go and see a doctor right away.

I am so sorry for you. I have never felt anything at all during ovulation. I guess I'm lucky, I would be miserable if it were painful for me. Cramps and bloating are bad enough.

Since it could be something much more complicated than ovulation, its really important that the OP see their dr right away to get to the bottom of things.
