Will they just remove funds using my routing and account number on the check, or will they contact me?

I mailed my taxes along with the check on 14th April. As of 19th April, there have been no deductions from my checking account.

If I was sure that I haven't signed the check, I would contact them, but I am not.

Give it another couple of days. I mailed my check in on April 15, and as of today it still hasn't been deducted from my account.

Ah, everything's fine. They deducted it from my account finally.
