The water dispenser on my GE refrigerator keeps sticking, water runs constantly. We had to just shut off the water any idea what it could be?

Without a model number, its hard to say, but most likely the lever you push with your glass is sticking or the switch it connects with is sticking. It could also be the water valve sticking open, but not usually. If you post a model number, I may be able to provide more specific information related to your refrigerator.
