    Planned Marriage
I would like to know if I can report an immigrant who got married 5 years ago from another country to a U.S Citizen and came to U.S. almost three years now. Then, about six months ago from this date, she left her husband for no valid reason and now dating a new guy. Currently, they are in the process of filing a divorce. Can we still report this person to the Immigration since I have a feeling that she just all planned this marriage, used her husband just to get to the U.S. How can we start the procedure of reporting this to the immigration? Do you have a hot line number that you can recommend? Your advise is greatly appreciated.

Calling the INS about this and letting that agency do the investigation(s). If there is fraud, they can determine that and go from there. Here is their website and phone number:

National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 (TTY 1-800-767-1833). This toll-free call center has additional information and, during their specified office hours, can connect you to live assistance in English and Spanish. The NCSC will be able to answer most questions.
