For some time I'm looking for a PC game that was released in the 90's.
It was one of my favorites but ever since DOS became obsolete, I even forgot it's name.

It was a FMV shoot'em up game, like

Loadstar:The Legend of Tully Bodine,
Deadly Tide,
Ravage,
Cadillacs & Dinosaurs: The second Cataclysm,
Wing Nuts,

Or for those who are not so experienced in such old games, like
Xyanide: Resurrection which was released in 2009.

Anyway, the game I'm looking didn't had this movie style backgroung. It had more simple graphics, but still a FMV shoot 'em up.
It was probably one of the first 3d games that was released in PC.

All I remember is that I was shooting aliens with my spacecraft above New York and the camera was passing from the Statue of Liberty.

Any idea of this game's name and the company that published it.
