The above url states it can be uninstalled but then I get a message saying I don't have the proper uninstall file. I've tried removing it from my program add/remove list but it won't allow me to. I want to remove it but I don't know how. Help.

Ok --got a question . Did you have Registry Cleaner, uninstall it and get the link or did you find the link a different way?That site looked fishy to me.
