H1B holder that married a US Citizen. Is H1B visa still good?
I need to know if after I apply for my conditional green card, I can still used my H1b to travel outside the US.

Yes, your H-1B is still valid for travel during the period pending the decision on your PR application. The H-1B is a dual-intent visa classification, allowing you to hold the NIV even if you filed for PR. Have copies of everything on re-entry to the US in case the CBP officer wants to see.

Please note, you should have also filed for an advance parole (form I-131) for travel as an applicant for PR and an EAD (form I-765) for employment as an applicant for PR. The I-485 filing fee covers it all.
