    Squatters right laws in Kentucky
Okay I met this woman and I moved in with her 17 months ago I am not on her lease. The landlord knows that I live here because we actually started as neighbors. Now we are not getting along she wants me out so I agreed to move on the 1st of May, well the landlord said that was fine but she is going to try and go to court to have me removed now. I do pay rent too do I have any rights where I can stay until May 1st

She can evict you under the laws of Kentucky - Kentucky Evictions

You are HER (sub) tenant. Her landlord has nothing to say about her evicting you.

Agreed, LL is no part of this. You are a resident and have some rights. She can evict you but it won't happen before May 1st. However, why stay if you don't pay and don't get along.
