If someone could help me identify the artist signature in pencil at bottom right hand corner? It also has a limited edition # 131/250 on left hand side bottom. However, I cannot tell what part of U.S. this is (guessing southeast due to trees, etc.) but nor can I decipher or guess at artist signature! Any offers of help would be greatly appreciated!!
