The two ends don't look the same as the ones in the instructions quick connects there is no tap on the faucet end just on the hose end that connects to the faucet am I missing a part. Coming down from the faucet there is this long skinny fitting there is no tab on there to align tab 1 and 2 up to like the instructions say to do. How can I fix this

Are you sure about the model number? A review of a PDF file found by putting pearless P99568LF-D in a Google search indicates that faucet P99568LF-D does not have a sprayer.
