I'm under petition by my wife who is a US citizen, we have some marital problems and she would like to divorce me.I haven't just got my conditional green card because it is under processing.is there any chance to have it even we are divorce,I want to have the green card because the fact that I entered the marriage in good faith.please advise and help.

I believe Immigration will review the situation AFTER the divorce and make a decision.

Generally speaking, you must be granted PR or CR before you get divorced. There are some minor exceptions.

Agree with NYcityboy... cases are different, you'd better consult experienced immigration attorney ASAP.
