They may or may not, really up to the judge. He may be required to take AA classes, or submit to court supervision.

They may require only supervised visits ( not in your home) or require his parents pick up or a dozen other requirements.

How long ago were the DUI's two years is different to 2 months ago.

But if they don't now, they will most likely set up a program that he would follow that would give him those after a while.

Every other weekend and every other holiday are basically normal and common visits. And of course more and more are getting equal rights, things like every other week are more and more common when fathers fight for it

Me and my ex-boyfriend just had twins, they are 4 months old and he wants visitation for him and his parents over the weekends. What are his chances if we go to court. He hasn't done anything for them and neither has his parents.

Chances are dpending on the situation he may get it. We don't really know until a judge decides.

The answers will be the same, no matter how many times you post the same question.

If you can PROVE the father is unfit, request supervised visitation only.

Was he an alcoholic and convicted felon when you got pregnant?
