How do I get child's father to give up rights
I want my kid's father to give up his legal right to them, we don't talk or anything he is ordered to pay child support and he doesn't, every time I have to deal with him, drama comes along and I really don't that in me o my young children's lives. So what do I have to do for him to give up his right because he will not do it willingly

There is not way. If you get married and have a new husband to adopt, he can sign them away if he wants.

If he goes to prison for years you may get them taken away.

If he is ot paying support you take him back to court

At the top of many of the forums here are sticky notes, many of which deal with frequently asked questions in the forum. You should check them out before posting. There is such a sticky that deals specifically with this issue. Bottom line, a person cannot give up their rights. Only a court can terminate rights and they rarely do.
