Westinghouse dryer DE400ADW1 when I turn it on it make a sqeeling noise

Sounds like either a belt or bearing. Does it sound different with nothing in it vs fully loaded?

That dryer is a Frigidaire design, and usually a really loud squeak from this kind of dryer is a failure in the rear drum bearing.
