My hot water tap doesn't work downstairs just runs cold yet hot water tap and shower upstairs work and all radiators warm up too I have a combi boiler anyone help please?

I assume the H.W. is turned onto the faucet. Other possible problem is check for cross connection between the hot and cold supplies adjacent to the sink or basin.
