As much as I hate to see a sale lost. You could try calling the manufacturer of the product you want to use and see if there is a local distributer closer to you. Buying anything from across the pond or at a great distance can run into high added expense.

I think sometimes with the skin lightening boards that suggesting a specific site to order from borders on the edge of advertising.

There's also the fact that if you can't obtain it legally within your country, you are asking someone to help you break the law. We absolutely do not condone breaking the law on AMHD.

Yes, often the extra shipping cost is to cover breaking the law to ship it to a person
