When I try and relax to sleep, I get smells just when I am trying to sleep I don't no wath the smell is like , but it there every night , ican smell it now, because I can't sleep now

So you're smelling things? What smell is it? Could it be something in your room?

Sometimes when we're wide awake, conscious of wanting to sleep but not being able to, we sense things we wouldn't normally sense, smell things that are always there but we don't notice them. That would be my first guess.

Now, if this is something medical, if that's what you think it is, then your only option is to see a doctor. We can only guess what's going on, we can't tell you for sure.
