I'm 17 and I still live with my parents. But they allowed two other people move in and we all got cell phones on my fiance's plan. And he want's to fight me. And I want to know what I can do if my parents allow him to assult me.

What? Your fiancé is planning to fight you/assault you and you want to know what you can do if your parents "allow" it?

Well, to begin with you would have him arrested. Then the Police would notify CPS because your parents somehow allowed/witnessed the assault. You would probably go into foster care until you are of age.

I'm rather confused how other people got phones on your fiance's plan without his consent/knowledge.
