Given your brief description of interpersonal and familial problems as background for your personal distress you may want to consider Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I'm a retired psychologist (different sub-specialty) but will certainly assist by putting you in contact with local agencies/organizations that can refer you to a practitioner in the clinical or counseling field for your area.
