Hello, Well my situation sound so familiar from the ones I read, okay here is my situation. Okay I meet my husband back in 2001, at that time before we started dating he already had two kids and I already had two kids my daughter was 3 and my son was 5 1/2 months, we continue to date and married in 2002, we had our 1st child in 2004 and our second child in 2005, well, my son the one I had when started dating begin to notice the difference in last names in about 1st or 2nd grade and begin to ask questions, now he is in the 3rd grade and has been acting out, he writes his name on his school work with our last name instead, he changed his entire name to make it sound like our boys and he draws pictures of him and his step dad with his full name at the top ending with our last name. My husband do not want to change is last name due to the eldest soon rights if he pass, but I am afraid if he don't my son will continue to act out and it will get worse, what to do, Oh! His biological father is in prison, only seen him once when he was 3 and do not remember, help
