First I don't think the Vitiligo has anything to do with him having an ejaculation unless he is so embarrassed by it that it affects him. About you being "Loose dow there" and Him "not being big", I don't think that would have any affect on him having an ejaculation. There could be something wrong with him that he just does not get turned on enough to have an orgasm. You say that he does not have an orgasm when having sex with you but he does while masturbating. A couple questions for you;

You indicated that you would like children really bad. Are you sure he wants children? Its possible he's scared of having children, and is "put off" by having sex with you as a result.

What type of porn is he viewing?

It is also possible he's grown "bored" of the way you two have sex, try something different, like foreplay, or a different position. Have him be open to you, and tell you what he likes.
