I'm a little worried because I'm on birth control now for 4 months and I have gotten pregnant on birth control before... I had spotting last month a week before my period that lasted 2 weeks... so I didn't think anything of it till yesterday when I felt like I was going to throw up I'm not one to get sick either and then again this morning and also I no its weird but I had a dream that felt so real that I ended up at the hospital and they told me I was 2 to 3 months pregnant... I'm not suppose to start my period for another week an a half but I've been having cramps and lower back pain.. could there be a posibility I might be pregnant

Since no birth control is 100 percent, if you were having sex of course it is possible

And sometimes I'm a few hours late taking the pill.. I have missed one pill last month that's y I figured the bleeding went on for that long.. and also I'm having sex without a condom

It sounds like your period is coming on, but if in doubt get a pregnantcy test just to double check and always use a condom never leave the house without a condom and breath mints :) you never know when either could come in handy :)

Wuts up with the weird dream I had.. and the feeling like throwing up for 2 days.. I'm not the one to get sick at all...

The weird dream is just a dream. The throwing up could be due to gastrointestinal issues. If your period does not come when it is supposed to, take a pregnancy test using first morning urine.
