    I have 240 at panel but tanning bed says 220 how can I get 220 for bed that I was told is very sensative to voltages

    Nothing in the US or CA is "220" any more. Hasn't been for many years.
    Is this a European model?

    If you HAVE to have 220v then a transformer is your only option. At that rate it may not be worth it.

    A 220VAC tanning bed should work just fine on a 240 VAC source.

    You can achieve it, if necessary with a buck/boost transformer.

    Check with the manufacturer if 240 is allowable.
