Okay this is going to sound weird. My friends cousin came over from america to visit her and we got talking, and yeah - things happened.
It has now been about 2 months and I felt really unwell, a friend was being funny and suggested that I could be pregnant.
I took a test this morning and it said positive! Could it be a dud? Is that possible?

If not, what should I do, if I tell anyone they will ask who the father is, and I don't want him to get into trouble.

I'm sorry, but you are most likely pregnant. Pregnancy tests give more false negatives than false positives. You are going to have to talk to your parents about this and decide what you are going to do.

If you read the test in the time required for an accurate result then, as has been said, you are likely pregnant. Time to see your doctor and have it confirmed. Talk to your parents, won't be easy, but better to just get it over with and then you won't have that worry to think about.
If you haven't been with anyone else the father will be obvious. He will, of course, have to be notified as well.
