Is your question, "How do I replace an ungrounded receptacle (two hole) with a grounded receptacle (three hole)"?

Add me to the list of having no idea what you're asking.

I can guess, but until the OP talks again:

There are 3-prong adapters. They consist of a 2 wire polorized plug and a 3 wire socket and either a tab or a wire pigtail.

The wire pigtail or tab goes to the outlet screw. Unfortunately there are:
    1. Outlets that don't have a ground wire run
    2. Non-polorized outlets - extremely rare)
    3. Structures with knob and tube wiring

The adapter can only work properly if there is a ground present in the outlet box.

3-wire GFCI outlets may be used in place of a 2-wire outlet without a ground if the outlet is properly marked.
