Normal delivery is possible in placenta post?
Are you referring to a posterior placenta? If so, this means it is located at the back of your uterus and that's fine.
If it is also low-lying, and partly covering the cervix, this will be checked again later in pregnancy. Some women will have this early on and the placenta will then move out of the way later in the pregnancy as the uterus enlarges. For those women where it doesn't shift, a c-section will be necessary.
