I have a warning councselling tomorrow at work. The official letter handed to me by the investigating officer has wrong dates and times used to establish the charges. I have hard evidence to prove this. What can I do to get the charges dismissed

The problem is not the dates, but the charges. If it's just a matter of the dates being wrong, but the charges correct, it's likely the judge will change the dates, or order fresh charges to be brought with the correct dates.
Is this a criminal charge or a work matter?
In court if it is merely a issue of wrong information on the paper work that issues the warrant or the formal charges, they can just have those re-issued with the correct info.
This sounds like some type of Civil Service/Armed Forces employment - investigating officer?
