On my 99 Accord I have a squeaking noise in the left front
When I'm driving along some times the squeak is louder than other time. It seems like I put on my brakes and it goes away and I let go of the brakes it comes back. I've had the brakes done and is still there. Is also louder when I'm turning. Car is a 99 accord 4cyl with 144,000 miles

Sounds like the front wheel bearings are shot. The noise is louder, when you turn, since the load on the bearing increases. Your Accord is also "in the zone" for needing new wheel bearings.

Front wheel bearings are more difficult to replace, requiring a front wheel bearing adapter set to remove and press in the bearing. Rear wheel bearings are easy to replace, especially if you have drum brakes.
