I have bile reflux as well as acid reflux and it has caused gastritis in my stomach. My meds don't work. Has anyone else experienced this? Its so bad that I can't go out sometimes for fear of being sick. Is an operation the only answer? I'm looking for answers to my problem which is so terrible its ruining my life. Thanks

We don't diagnose at AMHD so unable to comment on your condition other then, I would see a doctor as soon as possible if it is having this effect on your life. No one has to suffer for lack of medical intervention. If your meds aren't working then you know you are in trouble.

Hope you see a doctor. He may perscribe Nexium or something that will work. You are in my prayers... :)

I have vomiting which has lasted two days and Im in a bad way,can't eat or drink anything. The hospital are not interested in helping me. I have been in before but it seems worse. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do? My stomach is so sore and my stomach qwont hold anything.

Have you tried drinking water often enough to flush your system of acidity? My experience was every time I feel acidity in my stomach, I always drink water (only so much I feel comfortable, not even a whole glass).
