Hey my sister was accepted to Victoria college, and she promised that in 2009, she would enroll but since its 2010, I don't know what she wants to do.

How old is your sister ? It isn't unusual to think about a profession for a while at least, when you are accepted into college. She probably has lots of time. She will know when the time comes.
