Did you tell your PO about your possible violation? If not, then right there that's a violation. And don't bother to pack a toothbrush as they will provide one for you. Usually only about 2" in length. Just be sure to wear a plain, white Tee shirt (no pics or writing on it) and plain white socks so you don't have to buy them in jail.

If you are arrested for a VOP then you will spend your time awaiting your VOP hearing in jail at the Judge's leisure/docket whichever comes first.
