could i be pregnant and not know it
I have irregular periods so I never really know when I'm going to get one. The last one I had was early March, and it only lasted 2 days. About a week after that, I started getting sick at random times during the day and it lasted for almost 3 weeks. I have stopped getting nauseous, but now I am having abdominal pains just an inch or two to the right of my belly button. Sometimes it extends across my belly. I have had this for a week. My stomach looks kind of pouched out and is firm. Could I be pregnant and not know it? I have taken a lot of home pregnancy tests and they are all negative. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to see what's going on.
