If you have a url to a photo, use the little Insert Image icon above the window you type a post in.

If you want to use a photo from your computer, then use the Manage Attachments feature below the posting window. BTW, when replying to a post, you need to use the "Answer this Question" button to get the Manage Attachments feature to show up. It is not seen when using the Quick Answer window.
