I read that Studies Show that guys like a girl that is UNPREDICTABLE or SPONTANEOUS. Is that true? And if so... How Can a High school GIRL be spontaneous with a guy, without getting in trouble or being 100% HUMILIATED. :confused: I need some MAJOR help. I want to get this guys attention. I want him to think I'm ATTRACTIVE. PLEASE HELP!!
I don't agree with this.
Try this. After school tomorrow as your walking out the door say, "Ice cream is on the agenda for the afternoon, I'm buying you coming?"
It's not to forward, it's not a date so there's no pressure and if he's like me he can't turn down free ice cream.
Depending on where your at you could probably also say something like, "I haven't been sleding since I was a kid. I'm doing it this afternoon. You coming" If you have a group of friends that want to come even better because it doesn't put you under a lot of pressure.
Be Honest to yourself.
Your only in high school and I understand that boys and boyfriends are part of growing up but don't concern yourself too much with trying to impress people.
The only person you have to impress is you! (and maybe your parents and teachers haha)
If you just be yourself around him and don't worry so much about trying to impress him then hopefully that is all the unpredictability you need. You shouldn't have to act to impress someone, and if you do then they aren't worth being with anyway.
So just be yourself and talk to him. If it goes good then talk to him again, and so on.
Things will happen naturally if they are going to happen at all. Acting will get you no where!
I agree with chuff, and Skell, be yourself and invite him to join you in a fun activity. Never play games. Honest and srtaight forward is the way to go, even if the results aren't what you had hoped for. Go for it.
I swear, sometimes I think those "studies" are designed just to sell magazines since the headlines look so enticing on the cover of Cosmo LOL. You already know how to be spontaneous as a high school girl--- you do it with your girlfriends all the time! :p
Boys aren't so different than girls, well, other than we feel completely different around them than we do girls for a while. :o

Yeah, and you don't need a study to prove that guys are turned on by spontaneous behavior (I can tell you from experience), and the reason is it's a challenge. Guys like challenges, though, so keep that in mind... reason being it causes us to think more about the girl than about something else, which can trigger attraction and emotion.

The fact that my ex was attracted to this quality in me partly contributed to me being attracted to her LOL!

Approach HIM? HOW!? Besides, he's older than me, will probably turn me down. And besides, I'm not sure if he LIKES me as ore than just a friend. I need advice on what to do and not embarrass myself. Im a freshman, he's not. That is really hard to just approach him.
Sorry, I had assumed that you both where the same age, my bad. But if he is older and you feel out of your element then your probably right. You will be attracted to many guys, but stay away from those that are older and more mature, as you will have a big disadvantage when dealing with them. Stay within your own age group until you mature, and have more knowledge of the way things work. Any advice we give you would only bring more questions, and yes the possibility of being humiliated by trying to be older than you, are and dealing with things you have no clues to. The fact you with held his age indicates you already think we may not approve, and your probably very right. Again, sorry.
So me being sick today got 3 hugs in less than 5 minutes from nick!! Now, he was being friendly and caring. He "wants me to feel better", he's like this with a lot of people (juniors/seniors). Is it just being nice or friendly or flirty. All ik is I turned red and was extremely happy after these "encounters". Also, weird as it is, he has an ear fetish. My ears are ticklish and now he always tickles my ears, is that any type of sign? Or just him being my "friend".
