I have a tracfone LG200C. I have tried to delete recorded message for voice mail and go to automated voice mail but I still get my voice saying my name. I've had tracfones for years. Have you tried to talk to their customer support people? I do recommend calling from a landline with your phone in your other hand. They have helped me with several very weird issues over the years, transferring numbers and minutes and even re-programming one that got wet.
