What is it you specifically want to achieve (weight goal, size goal, fitness achievement goal, ect) how can we measure your progress (depends on your specific goal, it can be how many reps you can achieve for a strength goal, or measuring body weight, body fat, or inches) and a timeline, when do you want to achieve this goal by.
