    I have to spray eather in carp air cleaner to get it to run

    Has it been awhile since you last used it? If it has you could have water in the tank (condensation). If so try draining the tank and also if you can drain the carb. Put in fresh gas and let it run awhile. Then you should be fine.

    Tiller will run as long as I put gas in the carb through the air cleaner

    Take the carb apart and clean it with a solvent that disolves gum... you've likely parked it for the season with fuel in it and its built up deposits that can clog the gets or make the float or needle valve stick.

    Hi,
    Not much info. Not engine make, so I will assume Briggs. Diaphragm would be my answer. Side of the carb where the muffler is. Can offer pictures!
